You can enter QAIRU in four steps
Each stage shows how ready you are to study artificial intelligence.
To become a student of Qazaq AI Research University you go through several admission stages. Each of them assesses how ready you are to study and how much potential you have to grow in artificial intelligence.
Take the UNT
To enter a bachelor’s program you need to take the Unified National Testing (UNT).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 70 points
- to enter on a fee-paying basis

Submit your documents
Register on admission.qairu.kz and fill in the application completely. Once the form is filled in, upload the required documents.
WHAT TO UPLOAD

- School leaving certificate or college diploma
- UNT certificate

- Medical documents
- Documents confirming a privileged category — if you have one
Once your documents are checked, the next admission stages open for you.
Confirm your command of the language of instruction
Bachelor’s programs are taught in English and Kazakh, master’s programs in Russian and English. You do not need an interview if you hold one of these certificates.
If you have no international certificate — take an online interview: on bachelor’s programs in the language of instruction you chose, on master’s programs in English.

Take the QAIRU Potential Test (QPT)
Once your language level is confirmed, you take the internal test of the university — the QAIRU Potential Test.

You can take the QPT at any time of day that suits you.

Online proctoring
All entrance tests run through a modern online proctoring system.

The admissions committee reviews your application. Depending on the results, you will be able to:

Enter on a grant following the national competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan
QAIRU Founder’s Grant
Take part in the competition for a 100% grant from the university

Once the results are published, all that is left is to sign the contract — and you are a QAIRU student.
